While we can work with any social media, we often recommend focusing on groups of 2-3 platforms that directly align with your target audience. This will be discussed in our Proposition Meeting. Yes! Alongside our social media management service we reccomend utilising paid adverts to boost content to new audiences. We will handle this from the strategy through to the creative.

What is your pricing structure for social media marketing services?

In order to maintain simplicity and convenience, we offer a 28-day retainer for our social media management services, conveniently divided into four-week intervals. During our proposal meeting, we will present you with a choice of three carefully tailored packages that align with your specific business objectives, each offered at different price points.

For paid advertisements, we apply a service charge of 20% of the ad spend. This fee covers the creation of engaging creatives and the ongoing management and optimisation of live campaigns to ensure optimal results.

Do you use influencer marketing as part of your social media strategies?

We may recommend influencer marketing as part of our comprehensive strategy - and will be offered as an optional add-on. Our associated service charge of 20% will be factored into this and will include the research, management and creative direction of the content produced. We will transparently discuss and outline all expenses during our collaboration to ensure clarity and complete understanding for all parties involved.

Do you work with international clients?

Absolutely! We take pride in collaborating with companies worldwide. The beauty of social media is you can access it all over the world so we will just adapt our strategy to suit your specific needs. We prioritise effective communication as a key element for success and smooth operations, ensuring you will be in constant contact.

How often will we receive progress reports and updates on our social media performance?

Every 28 days, we will send you a comprehensive progress report highlighting your social media performance. The report will cover analytics, achievements, and recommended updates to our social media strategy. Additionally, you can expect to receive the projected content plan for the upcoming month, which we will seek your approval on.

Do we share our passwords with you?

No, we do not share or have access to your passwords at any time. Your account security is of utmost importance to us. To maintain strict confidentiality, we utilise an encryption software called LastPass. During the onboarding process, we will assist you in setting up the accounts using this secure system, ensuring that your company's details remain hidden and protected.
