QWest is a joint venture between Equans and Chester West and Cheshire Council. Our mission was to create an impactful lead generation campaign and craft compelling ad creatives for the launch of their bespoke brand Woodlands. This exceptional development of Eco friendly and functional homes required an innovative approach to generate excitement, attract prospective buyers, and achieve high reservation rates for the first phase of development.
Understanding the Vision: At the outset, we immersed ourselves in Qwest's vision for Woodlands. By understanding their ethos and unique selling points, we tailored a bespoke marketing strategy that would resonate with the target audience.
Crafting Eye-Catching Advertisements: To generate excitement around the upcoming show home launch, we designed a captivating series of ad creatives that showcased Woodlands' distinctive features. Utilising high-quality photographs captured during a pre-launch photography day, we ensured the visuals exuded allure and authenticity.
Strategic Lead Generation Campaign: With a strategic plan in place, we launched a six-week lead generation campaign to create a robust database of potential buyers. The campaign effectively reached the target audience through various channels, generating more than 600 high-quality leads.
Successful Show Home Launch: The culmination of our efforts led to a momentous show home launch event, drawing over 150 enthusiastic visitors. The immersive experience allowed attendees to witness firsthand the elegance and functionality of Woodlands, leaving a lasting impression.

Exceeding Expectations: The lead generation campaign proved to be a resounding success, surpassing all expectations. The remarkable collection of over 600 leads provided a solid foundation for the sales team to engage with and convert potential buyers.
High Reservation Rate: The strategic combination of engaging ad creatives and effective lead generation resulted in a high reservation rate for properties in the first phase of development. All properties were reserved, affirming the desirability and demand for Woodlands' exceptional homes.
Strategic Expansion: The resounding success of the campaign led Qwest to make a strategic decision to expedite the development timeline. In response to overwhelming demand, they expanded the development plan by adding an additional 18 houses to the sales team's portfolio.
